Need help with Bobcat 642 axle or bearing problem

Boy you sure got a good one going on. I think my next step would be checking the drive motor and sprocket. Next the brakes. :confused3: Here is a thought too. If you remove the drive motor for inspection slip off the front chain and run with just the rear. It may point you in the right direction as to where the issue is . front or rear. :thumbsup:

I am trying to think this thing out.....If their were a different link count between the front and rear chains ....would that cause a binding affect after traveling a short distance ??? I think I would be right in saying the chain length needs to be exactly the same on both the front and rear.....I am going pull the four chains out and count the links......and at the same time inspect the drive sprockets mounted on the drive motors......Happy new year to all you folks

Extra length in one chain would not having affect in rotation speed difference of front and rear axle.
Did you remove the drive motor and inspect the spline drive from the motor into center sprocket?

chain links will not change the speed, if you have a loose chain it could ride up on the teeth of the sprocket
