Need some ideas on building a land grader

Is that your driveway? Nitpack (aka hardpack) Gravel, I assume? That's what I used for my driveway. I am impressed by how clean and straight the edges are, more than the flatness of the grade. You must've got the wife out there swinging a shovel to clean up those edges so nice.

That is indeed my road. Part of it anyway. With the grader all my wife has to do is drive in a straight line. She doesn't need the shovel. :thumbsup:

Here is the one I made - works extremely well on maintaining roads, pulls in the shoulders and pushes out the centre. I plan to put two wheels on the back and a chain in the toplink to prevent it from digging in when the front of the tractor moves up.

The angled design is what the tractor/truck pulling community uses as a track maintainer. I have used this design for quite a few years now working in tractor pulling tracks at my county fair ran by Descision Maker sleds and Full Pull productions pulling. They work extremely well. I'm in the process of designing one for my cat 0 tractor to maintain my fathers crushed shale driveways.

Very nice design and looks very professional. What size and thickness box steel did you use for the hitch? What are your blade mounted to?
