Need some info on the 3016, 3616

NONE of the 16 series tractors have Draft control. What has been described are the stops that are in the groove of the position control to set the position of the hitch. The knob below the seat is the lowering speed control knob. Again, there is no draft control on any of the 15 or 16 series tractors. Most tractors that have draft control will have 2 levers side by side. One is the position control lever and the other would be the draft control lever.

If you want draft control, then you will need to step up to the 10, 25, 30, 35, 60 or M power machines. The Max and 16 series ( all Mitsubishi ) do not have draft control.

I would personally stick with the Mitsubishi built 16 series! From reading posts for the last few years the Chinese built mahindra tractors have had the most problems.

As far as new Mahindra tractors for sale in the USA, the Max and 16 series tractors are built by Mitsubishi in Japan. The 10 series tractors are built by TYM in Korea. Everything else listed on their website is made by Mahindra in India. There are some Mpower tractors not yet shown that are also built by TYM in Korea.

The Mahindra plant that is in China no longer produces tractors to be sold here in the states.

I agree. They tried to make a very cost inviting tractor. It simply did not work out as had been planned or hoped for.

What they have now and will have in the near future is going to make for a pretty nice lineup. There is always room for improvement, but it is at a slow rate and not just for Mahindra, but for them ALL in my opinion.

Need shipping info!!!

I need some info for a hauler to ship a 3316 tractor. I'm thinking about using USHIP to ship a tractor from AR to NM but I'm open to ideas

Can someone with 3016/3316/3616 with a BH+Loader give me the dimensions? I need length, width, height. The height seems to be a sticky point due to the backhoe. For the weight, I came up with 4700 lbs.

I have been very happy with my geared 3636 with FEL. I was lucky enough to find one last summer with only 30 hours on it which lowered the price enough that made the deal work for me. I stll need to get the 3616 tires filled, but I think it feels more stable than the Kubota B3200HST going down a hill with a full bucket, even though the tires are filled on the Kubota. I've put another 50 hours on it since I got it and have had no problems. I did have to buy a new oil filter wrench to change the filter due to limited space.
