Its fully corded.

I think this glue will work. I again tried to pull my test pieces apart and couldn't for the last bit.. When I glued the wings pieces together, I spent more time abrading it with 80 grit sand paper, then cleaning them with rags and alcohol. I think I'll again use this glue for the next one.

I've subsequently tried three different contact glues and all worthless.

in the whitewater world there is a product called Aqua-Seal. Try that, the stuff in the squeeze tube.
I just looked it up and they have a couple differnt types now. Not sure which is best. Sorry if you said you already tried this product, I sisn't read the whole thread.

I did try one of the Aqua-Seal's. I believe it was a repair contact variety.
