There are quite a few here, I am on one other site that has a few more....it is also a pretty small market type site.

After we submitted our contract 2 days ago, we now notice that the property in question no longer comes up on any realty websites. One website states about the property "No longer on the market".
I suppose this is the internet way of either removing the sign from the yard, or as some agents do, hanging a "SOLD" sign across the "For Sale" sign.
As soon as we are notified by our agent that the house is ours, I will consider this thread to have run its course.
Hopefully I will have reason to post later in a new thread whether I have re-entered negotiations with SWMBO about "our" new tractor.
Do we have an emoticon for "crossed fingers"? Sunuvagun, we do! :crossfingers:

I reckon it's a done deal on the house. After negotiating a few details/contingencies, we are set to close towards the end of July.
I would do a cartwheel or a back flip but I'm too tired and old for that.

You poor bugger. I feel for you. You gotta keep the pool and get it in working condition. And, on top of it, you have your MIL moving in with you. Assuming you reach a price agreement on the house, I say now is the time to make your bid for the tractor with the backhoe. You deserve it !!! It will be something for you to get out of the house and away from the wife and her mother.
