Got my new 2305 delivered Saturday. Been busy rearranging my shed to store the various attacments. Have 54c deck with mower axles on order, 200CX FEL with 49" bucket, Imatch, ballast box, Independant lift, forward lighting, chains, block heater, JD seat cover, MCS. Am assembling parts to add bucket hooks, switched 12v outlet and rear work light. Have gotten lots of good ideas from this forum for my ballast box, 12v outlet, and rear work light. My shed is 10 x 14 so this thing barely fits in. I have a track which was for a sliding barn door mounted in the shed that I have a chain fall attached to and I have, so far, mounted a u-bolt in my MCS and built a rack on the wall so I can hoist it off and store it on the wall. ( will send pics soon). I also built a rack for the blower unit. The wife had 5 cu yards of mulch delivered today so I think she has plans for me!

Congratulations on your new tractor:cool: . I have a 2305, and I can tell you, you will be surprised at how much you can do with it (not counting what the wife dreams up for you). Speaking from personal experience, if you take the loader off, make sure you are on solid, LEVEL ground. Enjoy, and post pictures.

Excellent choice! Tell us about your property, what are you going to be doing other than mowing grass?

My lot is only 1.1 acres with the back 60' or so timber backing up to a ravine. My wife is an avid gardener (flowers mostly) so the timber is actually gardens. I plan on creating a permanant path through that area and the path will most likely be some sort of gravel. I also want to put a culvert in the ditch in front and create a second entry so I can bring heavy vehicles in without breaking my drive. Other than that it will mostly be used for mowing and snow removal. I ordered a Femco ROPS today because I only have about half an inch clearance when I back into my shed and I plan to use chains in the winter and don't think it will clear with them on.

I will post a few pics as soon as I figure out how to do that? Kinda new to this.

Your going to like it more each day! The 2305 is a nice tractor and like others have said , you will be impressed with what the little guy can do!
My tip for you would be to use low range when moving crushed stone with the Fel.
