The turn buckles are really a pain though. I have to readjust the Left side about every hour. AUGH!!!!!!!!! Any solutions?????

Is there a hole in the end of the threaded rod that goes into the turnbuckle? There is on mine, and I have some pins in the hole--pretty big ones so that the turnbuckle can't rotate around--it can go about 1/4 turn and then hits on the pin. They originally had a "split" ring in them--but they were a pain to remove so that you could adjust the turnbuckle.

I was thinking of putting bolts in the holes, but pins would work better I'd think. The split ring was bent to the point of being useless. The turnbuckle kept turning and bent the ring so that I had to cut it off.
