New 3032

I picked up a new 3032 from my local JD dealer yesterday. Get on it to unload and the key won't turn. Went through the the manual and doing everything it tells me but it still won't turn. Anyone have this happen before? I don't want to think they gave me the wrong Key

Hate to say it...sounds like the wrong key. JD has about 3 or 4 different ones.
