Yes - all four of the 4000 Twentys appear to use the exact same 149 cu. in. (turbo), while the 4510/4610 used 122 cu. in. and the 4710 a 134 cu. in. naturally-aspirated engines.
The 'new' engines are also a little lower-reving. They hit peak torque at 1400 rpm vs. 1700 rpm on the Yanmars, and hit PTO speed (and rating) at 2400 rpm vs. 2600 rpm for the Yanmars.
