Kubota should be heavily discounting the B21 ...Do you have a small yard?
The initial price and financing I was quoted for a
new B21 as of 5/19:
List $27,090.00
Rebate $1,500.00
Asking Price $25,590.00
60 months @ 5.99% equating to $499.11 per month
Our discussion revolved around a mid July purchase and the anticipation that he could locate a new
B21 in New England at that time. He does not have a new
B21 to sell.
My wife and I have no experience with a TLB. Our property could justify a much larger TLB, but our tractor inexperience and our project list are far better suited to the size of a
B21.
The property is 15 +/- acres, and its terrain is varied. It is flat, hilly, sloped, rough, smooth, rocky, wet, dry, ~70% wooded, and ~30% open. It's NH at its best. We expect to clear another ~15% of the acreage, but I'll most likely hire that effort out. One hernia from previous tree and rock work is enough for me. Our tractor would be used for clean-up purposes and planting some new trees thereafter.
Since I have no plans to remove the backhoe from the tractor, I think the
B21 is our best choice. We just would not make use of the additional features offered with the
B7800 [such as the mid-mount PTO, the additonal h.p., or cruise control].
