Hello,

I'm new to the forum. I have a Kubota B3030 HSD bought new in 2007. I love the tractor but only have a couple implements, Land Pride 60" rake, 60" mid mount mower, Balast Box, FEL 403 loader. I'm considering getting a backhoe for the tractor i.e. BH75 from Kubota or a Woods comparable. Does anyone know what the best fit backhoe would be for this tractor and what I could expect to pay (new vs. used).

From the research I did last spring, even the new BH77 that fits on the B3000 cab will not work on the B3030 cab model, so you would have to go with something like the Woods hoe, either the BH70X (smaller than the Kubota hoe) or BH80X (slightly bigger than the Kubota hoe).

Good to know. My B3030 is the HSD (no cab yet), so I wonder if the BH77 would fit. When I bought the tractor the BH75 was the one Kubota recommended but a used one might be hard to come by.

Sorry, I was thinking you had the cab model.

Yes, the BH75, BH76, & BH77 will all fit your machine with the proper subframe kit.

Those models don't hang as far off the back of the tractor as the Woods units, which is why I like those a little better for the ROPS machines.
