WOW. That's in rough shape! I had my hooks welded on the side where it's double steel and right near the lift arms. I thought that would be stronger and two hooks spread out the load. DSCF1078.JPG And one on the BH bucket. It's very useful.

IMG_1188.jpg A log we retrieved from the woods. My bro is making a bench for his yard out of it.

I also got the Piranha tooth bar as a wear bar and to reinforce the lower edge.

That looks good Buggs! My wife bought me a pair of kens bolt on hooks for Christmas, I'm going to bolt them in the same spot yours are welded at.
While putting a few hours on the tractor today, I noticed a clicked in the hydro pedal when going from reverse to forward. Anyone else experience the same thing?

Hey Buggs...

Here is a picture of the loader on my CK20..

As you can see the top and bottom are bent. The previous owner put a single hook in the middle and it has been used to lift things to the capacity of the loader and hence the top edge is now bent...

Wow that's crazy!
What year is your CK20? Your bucket is built differently then mine. (Mine's a 2012) My bucket has a much more significant structural support along the underside of the top part of the bucket. Frankly I don't think I could bend it like yours even if I tried. (using the CK20 that is!) No good pictures of mine on hand or I'd post it up.

Well the serial number is about worn off or faded away, but based on what I can see and the loader serial number it should be a 2005. There is a small c channel on the top of the bucket where the hook is attached, but what I think caused this is the weight going over the front edge and pulling it down.

Buggs,

Nice lookin tractor. Does your ROPS fold over about 3/4 of the way up? If so I like that as mine has the pivot point all the way at the bottom.

Yes. I was looking at the CK20 (and CK2510 side by side) and noticed the difference in ROPS. I like the fold-in-half better. Other than that and the larger engine they are very similar. Chassis, wheelbase, overall size. The CK2510 was only about $1400 more. The dealer was pushing the CK20; I guess he wanted to clear inventory.
