My codes where much shorter. The dealer wanted me to replace the fuel filter and they are sending me one. They also called and told me one of the codes indicates the fuel filter is clogged (makes no sense on a tractor with less that 2 hours). The other code indicates low pressure at the common rail. They had me check the sensor and the wiring. They think the sensor may be dead.
In the meantime, I went about checking everything fuel related and I found that the line coupler from the fuel pump to the fuel heater is not a good connection but there was no indication of leaks. I popped this line off (it is a quick connect and that is why it is loose feeling) to make sure it was okay, bled out some fuel, then reconnected. Amazingly, the tractor ran after doing the bleed from that line. I did not notice any air. However, doing more online research, I found that it is a common issue for diesel engines to get air into the cooling coil system. It is not an easy fix to bleed them. I just got lucky. I ran the tractor for about 20 minutes moving dirt around in my back yard. I let it cool down for three hours. I had some trouble getting it running again, thought the issue was back and I had just been temporarily lucky, but after about 10 minutes fighting the tractor, it stayed on and ran nice. I did more dirt moving. Letting it sit overnight, the next day I took it out for a neighborhood joy ride. I drove it down the street about one mile loop, using all three gears (L M H), and driving in reverse a few times for over 100meters since it was dying any time I even tried to go in reverse. Everything was great. I did not retry anything today as I had other projects but I am hoping it will run great. Oh, I did do one heavy lift with the FEL just to load up the tractor and make sure it would not die. I lifted a backhoe from my TYM tractor and drug it around the yard. I could not lift it totally without lifting my rear wheels but it was enough weight and load to test the tractor.
My guess is that on the 1100 mile delivery trip the rocking and rolling allowed air to get to the wrong places. If there are issues after I run the tractor again tomorrow or Saturday, I will let you know.
Sorry my codes where not the same to help you out but that air lock issue with diesels seems to be very common. Good luck. (Now I am curious so I will go run the tractor.... )
