Quick update on the new D series skid steers and track loaders:

Larger cab fully pressurized
New rounded bubble door (think CAT)
New interior layout
Auto idle
Cooling upgraded tremendiously (ready to run mulch head, probably best cooling package on any non-dedicated mulch machine, totally different than anything else on the market)
Optional reverse fan
Hydraulic fan (runs as needed)
improved lighting
New 89hp track machine (4-track machines total)

There are several other things that I haven't mentioned but these are the bigger changes. Look like good overal machines, Deere has always speced out well against the competition, so these upgrades should only help.

No more flip up door?

No more flip up door?

Used to be a bragging right for JD. However, some people complained of not enough head room with the door on the ceiling.

I wondered why someone didn't make a reversible fan. It could blow the stuff off the radiator screen.

Did they put a larger case drain line on it? Demoed a head on one a couple of months ago and the case drain was too small.
