It's the same as it was before, but you need to modify the URL of the Main Index, and then bookmark that.

To display specific categories ONLY:

Take the Main Index URL and add a category to the end. E.g. http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/index.php?Cat=1,2 will display ONLY the General Forums, and the Kubota Forums.

Same thing for the rest, but using the following category numbers:

General Forum = Cat 1
Kubota = Cat 2
New Holland/Ford = Cat 3
John Deere = Cat 4
Group Forums = Cat 5
Other Brands/Equipment = Cat 7
Other Forums = Cat 8

So again, to display ONLY New Holland/Ford, Group Forums, and Other Forums, you would use this URL: http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/index.php?Cat=3,5,8

And remember... once you set your Main Index to display a specific category, no matter where you go in the forums, you will only be shown messages or threads from those forums. For example, all searches will be for those forums only.

HTH,

Is there something I'm missing for the themes? I went to edit and put in the JohnDeere forum and still default. Put in a few more but it always goes to the grey and blue default.

It is definitely faster. May take me awhile to get used to it, but one change I've noticed is the fact that if I click on a "new" message, I go to the first message in that thread rather than directly to the new post as it used to. If I click on the original post in a thread, then scroll down to the new ones, the new ones are marked as being new, but if I click on the new one, I still start with the original post, but when I scroll down, the new ones are not marked as being new. Is that the way it works for everyone else?

Well if I'm not the first to try it I must be close!

After wishing I was more creative but not being able to change after the fact, I decieded to try it now that it is possible...looks like I now have a new face!
