Hmm, that's odd. What browser do you use? We've always had a few people with problems like this, but so far all posts seem to look fine.

I think that I speak for many when I say the changes have indeed made the forum easier. Almost everything is much more intuitive. If You don't like the "silly faces" don't use them. If you don't like to look at them don't enter the forums. No indignity meant. I respect your opinion. I also respect Muhammad's opinion and since he own's the site, I defer to him.

It works in flat mode but not in threaded mode, at least not on my browser (IE 5.5).

Is this still a problem with others?

In threaded mode, you see the thread structure right below the post, so that should eliminate the need to show who the post is in reply to a second time on the same page. Or, that's the logic, at least.

Muhammad: Win 98/Netscape 4.7. The scrolling issue has only occurred recently. Originally had no problems. Same OS & browser - so, logically it has to be because of the changes on your site (someone else mentioned it is your site, very, very true-you are free to do anything your want-in fact, more than most out there I DO respect property rights). Am losing train of this because of ONE continuous line!! Again, this problem has only started recently. Re: smiley faces, western civilization (of which you are a part) is/has become soft and weak and lacks the will for survival-witness current situation. There IS a connection between smiley faces (i.e. the psychology they represent) and the broader picture. The "sheep" will be sheared. Anyway, since the OS/Browser is the same and the only change has been to the site, the cause has to be in the site, Q.E.D. Again, its your site, so you are free to do whatever you want. However, causality is real, recognized or not. Take care. JEH (P.S. the site is very useful and of interest for anyone interested in the subject matter-please don't misunderstand my comments as negative on the concept of the site, only the recent changes)

I ignore it and click to my home page with no problem. Still havnt seen my favorites show up under the heading in my home.

Nothing new, but when I click on posts it brings me down to the last one like it thinks I've been there before.

Not to change subject but I haven't been able to log in since
system trouble.
When I logged in I got to PM page then if I went anywhere else it said I wasn't logged in.
I sent a couple of emails but then remembered u have email
trouble.
I just registered under a new name so I could tell u my problem.
Then after submitting it I clicked discussions and it showed I was logged in.
If u want to cancel 'HOEMAN2' go ahead.
I don't know if others are having same problem but u can only
