New Forum Features

i s that why ,with my sig it shows{orange]FRANK[/orange] instead of FRANK just being colored orange? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif what do i have to do to get it right? showed correctly before

From the FAQ, replace the {} with brackets. /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

{color:red}text{/color} = Makes the given text <font color="red">red</font>.

Most of the little bugs that I noticed Sunday have been fixed. Except for a couple.
When I log on the re: feature that shows who the poster is responding to disappears. If I’m logged off the feature is displayed.
The Icon that allows me to save a Favorite thread is missing. Do I need to do something different?
I’m using IE 6.0

I have been getting e-mail notifications on ALL replies to ALL my posts, but now I'm getting none. I've never used the "favorites" feature, so I assume that's the problem? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

When I go to a thread that has "new" messages, in some forums if I click on the original post, it takes me to the original post, then I can scroll down to the new posts (and they are marked as being new), but in other forums if I click on the original post, it takes me directly to the "new" messages instead of the original one in that thread. And if I click on one of the "new" posts, in some forums I go directly to that post, in other forums, I may go instead to the original one and when I scroll down the new ones are not marked as being new. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Favorite Thread link is at the bottom, below the listing of moderators. Also when you reply to any message, there's the option to add it to your favorites.

Ahh I found the favorite forum toggle now.
It's unfortunate that the forums I am not interested in just condense but do not totally disappear on the main index screen - just more clutter on my screen.
Also I was expecting the favorite forums to show up on "My Home" just like the favorite threads.
Lastly - I am needing to log in every time even though I have checked the box to remember me next time.

I have exactly the same observations. Now I have to open two different pages, one to see the forums I want to follow (with the additional titles) and one to see "My Home" - I liked it better on one page but I still love this site and will adjust if need be.

I am still needing to log in with name and password everytime. It doesn't seem to remember it.
Also the favorite forums heading is now in the My Home page but none of the favorite forums are there under the heading. I still need to go to the main index to see favorite forums

Have you tried pushing the logout button and then logging back in? Just a thought... /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

I also had to keep logging on. So I logged on and then added link to favorites, deleted old one. Now okay.
