We have stone companies throughout New England that sell blue stone, pavers or any stone you need. It's where the builder sent us to pick out the pillar veneer stone. What was the second part of the question(s)?

I think it was thick? Lol. How thick are the pavers,? Is the concrete saw rented?

Pavers are almost 2" and I bought the saw for $250 (Amazon)cuz I want gonna bust my azz trying to get it done at $100day rental plus I'm doing a patio in the spring.

The prices at the rental places help me to buy at times. If I need it more than 3 times over 4 to 6 months, I might as well just buy it.

and this is the issue with pavers in the humid Florida weather.

A pressure washer and bleach will clean this up.

So if I use that Poly something fill between the stones will that prevent growth there?
