Well since my lift jerk has been fixed,I've actually felt like adding my goodies to my L3200. Added a new Front Guard with weights (weights i made), Stabilizer Kit for the 3pt hitch, and installed a Work light. I included pics of them below... About to put it to work finishing my barn.

Looks really good. You must have decided it is a keeper.
How did you make that nice weight set and how much weight is there?

The weights make up about 60lbs. I have room for a additional 20lbs if needed. However with the weights and the guard combined it's just right to keep my front wheels planted on the ground. Even seems to ride better considering the front doesn't "bounce" around while driving.

Nice work. What was the cost for the stabilizers?

$175 shipped. maybe high for some, but def worth it to me. I hated those turnbuckles.

Can you post some up close pics of the stabilizer ends (where it attaches to the tractor as well as the lift arm)? Also, what is its length range? I'm thinking they may work on my Ford 1920 as that currently has turn buckles as well and they are annoying.

Here is a closer pic of them. I dont know the actual length, but I'll check it out.

Thank you. If you could can you measure how wide the flange is on your tractor that the stabilizer attaches to? It looks like the same size as the 1920.

First, congrats on getting the jerky hitch fixed. Using a boom pole without a FEL is the worst case scenario...

I bought the stabilizer kit ($185 IRC) but didn't like how loose they were when not hooked up to something. Are yours tight when not connected to an implement? I have to try them again...

Thank you, I appreciate it

The OD of the flange is exactly 1". The ID is exactly 1/2". This is for the flange that attaches to the tractor close to the rear axle.

normally i always have something attached to the 3pt. Actually I can't remember the last time I have actually drove around without something attached. However considering the way the holes match up, i don't see why whether with or without a attachment it would be loose. But like i said before i always have something attached, so I really can't speak from experience.. But I can say this, the turnbuckles were gone the first hr of seat time. I hated them from the start and being they stayed loose they always made a loud creaking sound swaying back/forth. I guess it's what you get used too, Every tractor I've been on (except for the old Jubilee) has had the stabilizers..
