new holland fiat tn75f super steer fault code 34

ive been having a hard time troubleshooting
the ecu/ecm seems to be functional but the rear hitch is disabled. im getting an error code 34 on the book/gear icon on the dash only.
ive gone over just about everything but i only have the manual for the tn75 which does not include everything.

an old thread suggested the tilt sensor on the right hand side of the dash, but it seems to meter out just fine and my volt meter responds when i move it about.

disconnecting the green and white wire from the firewall causes an error code 21.
i cant even find what this wire connects to. nor can i locate the dump solenoid on this machine.
any help or the workshop manual for a tn75f would be greatly appreciated.
