"RR" usually means "Remove & Replace" and that is how I read the comment.

Is often hard to "see" a blown fuse. A meter is a much better tool for verifying.

Sounds like a wire may have come off the ignition switch or broke a wire there while the right panel was off.

Did you check the simple stuff first? Usually when I work on mine, I always leave it partially in gear or the cruise control in engaged ,pto on, by leaning on the levers or just fiddling around.

Sorry for the confusion when you "Remove and Replaced" the panel may have caused a short and blew a fuse.

I recommend you test your fuses with a multimeter, I have had fuses pass visual inspection, but fail multimeter. Very frustrating.
