I have a new holland tc35d. injector pumps orings were leaking I replaced all of them got everything timed but now it will idle till I give it gas then it goes runaway. Governor moves by finger but doesn’t move with throttle when not hooked up to pump not sure if it moves when throttle is pressed. Any body else have this issue?
