New House Build in the Country!!!

I believe it was done with basic chalk. It's an outline of the entire crawl space. It identifies where piers need to go.

Thanks, I see that now. Never done a pier and beam foundation from the beginning. I've been on a few jobs where I built the floor once the foundation was done, but only a few. Around here, most of our foundation problems are with older pier and beam homes where the weight of the house has been too much for the soil underneath and there is some settling. My guess is they didn't go deep enough into the ground, or wide enough to support the weight of the house. I never try to fix those things, it's more then I want to get into.

Im thinking about things that I should do during the build process. I already ran extra electrical lines while the trench for the water line was still open.

I plan to pre- wire for surround sound and CCTV. I also plan to upgrade all of the bathroom vents to ones with heaters.
