New Lights

Finally got around to installing my new lights. NO. there was no drilling or welding on the ROPS. I only used 1, 7/16 square U bolt on each side. I figured with that size one be enough.
Now standby everyone, I'm going to try to send pictures.

John, not "dorky" at all, just protected. I wish my unprotected lights looked "dorky".

Not dorky at all to me. I like the enclosure, looks like it would help protect them from branches and stuff nicely. Did you try them above the hinge? Seems that maybe they would get a little better angle from up there.

Thanks guys. I was thinking of putting them up above the hinge, but thought I'd try them like this for now. It's no big deal to move them tho, I've got tons of wire.

Looks good. Even if they are a bit dorky looking, I would much rather have dorky looking lights that are protected, then have to keep buying new cool looking lights when break them on things

They look fine to me. I'd have a problem using them during the warmer months here - the bugs would eat me alive...............chim

Dorky ?
Well when you hit that first branch and it just slides off and there is no damage done to you , the tractor or the lights I think you will soon look on this as added character ...
