New member in CT

Love this site. Lots of great advice and interesting stuff to read. I've had a JD LT160 for 10 years to mow my 1.25 acres, lug a little wood, mulch, top soil, thatcher, etc. it has been a perfect tractor, especially with 42" deck, bagging bags. I will inherit a mint 430 in the the next couple of years but can't wait any longer. I'm a big guy and feel foolish on this thing,,compared to the equipment that some of my neighbors have. Had 16 yards of top soil delived and my buddy placed it strategically around the yard with a backhoe and I'm too lazy to spend hours out there with a shovel and wheelbarrow. My days of freezing walking behind my old JD 828 (w/o a cab and heated grips-200' driveway) are over. Have nearly pulled the trigger on many (less than 100 hours) JD's in the last couple of years incl. x500, x530, x534, x540, x728, etc. I'm obsessed with Craigslist and other sites looking for "Deere". I give up. I need advice...
