I'd like to know how she cuts with that 10'er. I have a 6' hog and she cuts fine with that if its not too thick but i don't know if mine would handle the 10' in tall thick grass.
do you have any action shots?
Thanks
Brian
I can relate two mowing experiences in my 21hrs with this tractor that may answer your question.
I cut a 10 acre field that had not been mowed in two months. It had knee to thigh high thick grass. I cut the whole field in under 2 hours and it previously took 4 1/2 to 5 hours with my
L2900 and 5' mower. I mowed at the M setting. Had to slow down for the thigh high but it did cut it one pass. I keep mower set at 3 1/2" to match my Husky Zero Turn which I use to get around trees and corners of fence line.
I mowed head high grass/weeds in the shallow end of my almost dried up lake. I did have to make two passes on that to get the same cut. Plus I couldn't see possible stumps so I mowed it at about 6" first then went back over it. The temperature ran warmer than normal when mowing this tall thick stuff but not into the red line.
As a side note I originally ordered this tractor with a 15' wing mower. The dealer tried it when it came in and called me to tell me the tractor couldn't handle the mower as it was overheating mowing calf high grass. Not cow calfs, human leg calfs

I asked about a 12' wing and they didn't think it would work with that either. In hindsight I'm glad as 10' is a lot of mower for the places I am mowing. Two passes on the 1/2 mile road frontage and I'm done. Bigger mower I would still have had to make two passes out front. I really have to plan turning with 10' can't imagine doing the fields/areas I have with any bigger mower.
I will say I cut some weeds that were even with my head sitting on the tractor with the 6' mower and it took them right down. I was going slow though in L. Hope that helps you some.
