Thanks for the replies everyone!

Just wanted to say how impressed I was with the quickhitch/subframe. At first during assembly I wondered how in the world one person could attach this massive frame assembly. The Kubota engineers had that figured out. You just slide it under the front of the tractor, lift the front nose of the quick hitch, and set it on the front frame cross brace. It then almost balances itself and you just tighten the front "T" handle until the back of the subframe is aligned with the mounting hole and put the rear pin in. It really is a slick set up.

Overall fit and finish is great on the tractor, plow and loader. Some welds are a bit sloppy on the loader arms, but not bad.

Congrats on the B3200 purchase.:)

After looking and sitting on the new B's I thought anyone would be crazy to buy an older designed one-like my B7800;)

  1. Narrower loader arms
  2. Bigger operator deck
  3. Integrated backhoe; should you want one
  4. Sloped hood for better visibility
