It's MSMA so it will burn it, but I doubt you can kill it without a real heavy dose that will burn your turf grass also.

The company that sells Permit herbicide (restricted use, but nails nutsedge better than anything else and can be used on most turf grasses) has a homeowner product that will emlinate it.
