After two years of thinking about it, I finally started my pole building. its 30 by 40 with an 8 foot door and a 10 foot door.

Here are some pictures of the prep work and after the first day.

Looks good.

That is about the size I would like to build.

Thanks for sharing the photos

Very nice so far.

What do you plan on storing in there????

For that building size, I would have opted for more doors.

Keep us posted and keep the pics comming.

Very nice. I am having a tough time pulling the trigger here in the NW. 30 x 40 decked out and 40K plus permits and taxes over the top. I will look for other options and must trim back the wants vs needs.

As I said, this was two years in the making so I understand its a tough decision. I have less than half in this as what you priced but I have no bells - went for getting it a little bigger (30 by 40) and figured I could work on the insulation, concrete, and power later as I found more money.

Here are Day 2 pictures... It should be done tomorrow. I must say the 3 men from PA Dutch country are very good workers, polite and focused.

My Tractor and other man things will go good in my Man Cave.

Once again I must say it looks good. :D

Now, just make sure that just because you have more room you need to gather more stuff...

'er, wait.....that is exactly what one needs to do...
