A couple questions if I may.
For the front bumper, how is it attached? Receiver only or did you incorporate bolting to the plate mounting the grill guard?

Have you run the wiring for the multi-mount yet? If so, what did you use (amp and mfgr) for the quick disconnects on the electric?

On the rear bumper and relating to "I left the end of the ball mount sticking out past the bumper so I could use that to pull a finish mower without using a 2" ball mount in the high hitch." can you get a ball on the 1 1/4" drawbar or pin only? Can't tell from the pics exactly but it looks close to the new bumper.

Please post pics of the rear bumper when completed. I'd like to see the mounting system you create for the supports to the rear axle.

</font> I used the hitch as you know and then I used two of the winch plate mounting holes in the top of the plate in front of the grille.

</font> I have not run the wires yet but I will be using the wiring kit that comes with the Warn 4000ci multi-mount kit.

No I don't think you will be able to use the ball. I was only trying to use as a pin hitch for ag implements. (Finish Mower)

Will do, I think I'm going to go with a u-bolt system that will clamp two plates to the rear axle that I will weld my supports to so as not to alter the rear axle frame.

Don't think I could go with their mulit-mount setup. All I need is the wiring to the rear.
My Ramsey winch in the front will stay there. I just need to complete the setup for the rear. I have most of the parts, just haven't gotten the quick-disconnect yet. I'll go to the RV store and/or check with Todd next week.

Updated pictures of new RTV, Finished front bumper/hitch/winch mount, Lift Kit & 27" 589's and new overhead switch panel.

Just two more pictures, Both of overhead switch panel. Made of 11ga aluminum and behind it is fuse panel, ground block & Misc.

Switches will go as follows,

1-Long Range Driving lights on roof.
2- 2 Mini Reverse lights mounted on roof to rear.
3- Work light, mounted to cab guard and pointed at bed
4- Dome Light
5- Wipers, both port & starboard
6-Open for future, fan etc....
