How do you de-bark your logs? Do you de-bark them before you saw them? Or does the bark fall off in the drying process? Or???
It's looking better and better...just wondering about spent brass getting in the gaps between the decking ?....I still see spent .22 brass in the cracks of our porch from 40+ years ago...!!!
Looking good hunt!
I have a weather proof box for misc. targets rests and other non valuable stuff by my range so there is less to bring out and less to forget. I use to have a old safe there but then we got a hold of some thermite and that was the end of it.Love the rustic siding  B cool to do the roof with the same stuff just plywood framing then ice and water whole roof then do the half round wood . That's the way they do cedar shake roofs now cedar is just for looks and to protect the ice and water rubber.:cool2::drink:
Yes I want to have some sort of weatherproof storage out there so I don't have to fill my truck every time we go shooting. Thinking about a couple of storage benches to put stuff in and have a place to sit also. Not exactly sure how to make them weather proof though.
I used to just burn all those cutoffs, what a waste!! Need to build a rack to store them ..
