I see a lot of blue sky in those pictures. So, perhaps there wasn't a huge hurry for the roof. Many crews can bang out a metal building in a few days.
Walls would be easier to put on with a significant overhang. Plus, there appears to be some flashing at the top of the wall, and under the roof. So, putting the roof and flashing before the walls on would be problematic.
