FWIW ... I got the paperwork for my 273 today and the $600 rebate form (which BTW can be assigned to your dealer so you can get it off the already reduced special price at time of purchase, assuming you pay cash and don't use the TYM financing) states:

" A copy of this form should be retained by the retail customer and one copy by the dealer. The original form (completed in full) should be mailed to the above address along with a copy of the pre-delivery form by April 30, 2008 or within 7 days of the sale whichever comes first."

This is a cut and paste from the customer rebate form that was e-mailed to me with it's original font color.
I don't know if this actually means anything about how long the special pricing might last, or it's just emphasizing the timing requirements to get the "paying by cash rebate".
I'm just passing along the info that I have to add another data point to this thread.

Maka or other TYM dealers

Can you confirm a $600 rebate is available on top of the promotional pricing if I pay cash? I am in Nebraska. If my dealer is unaware, what can I tell him to check into it? I haven't wrote a check yet, so if I can save another $600, I would be extremley pleased.

Yes, the additional $600 is off the special pricing (of $11995 for a 273) and is available if you pay cash (resulting in a total price of $11395).
I don't know what areas it is available in, but I'm buying from Valley View Tractor in Oregon.

I looked at, and talked to a number of local dealers but they either had old scratched and sun faded inventory, didn't seem interested in selling tractors anymore, or seemed more interested in selling me a Jinma.
Steve (Valley View Tractor in Oregon) was responsive, answered all my questions, had fresh stock and hooked me up with a shipper that is charging $1.25 per mile one way (total of $950 for the shipping)!!
His business is listed and in good standing with the BBB, and has a good rep on TBN, so he got my business.

No luck for me on the extra $600. Dealer says I am getting best price he can do and not elgible for the rebate. $11,500 pick it up tomorrow at 10am. There will be pictures. Thanks to all on some great information sharing.

That's exactly my experience when I started looking into TYM tractors when I learned about this pricing program. I guess we must be talking to the same dealers. I'm wondering why these tractors don't sell here???? All the dealers here have inventory that's more than a year old. How to do stay in business with inventory sitting there so long?

Hi Guys. I have been sick (very rare for me) and have not been able to read much. Whatever this was it was bad. In any case, it looks like the question was answered and there is a $600.00 for cash payers.

Congrats to all who got new TYM's. Can't wait to see the pictures.

That's actually still pretty good!
The price you are getting is only $105 more than the (apparently only west coast) cash rebate price.
At the price of fuel these days ..... heck ....that's only a couple of tanks!!

Glad to hear yours is only a heartbeat away from doing the tasks you have planned.

Yeah, it's strange because I'm told the 'north west' CUT market is actually doing well.

One of the local dealers said that the drop in sales here in central Ca. has been somewhere around 66% less sold in 2007 than in 2006, and looking worse for 2008.

Steve has mine ready to go, and it is being picked up by the shipper today (probably as I type this).
That will get me "in work" while the ground is still damp, and make my wife happy that I don't start raising a lot of dust.
Love that smell of freshly-dug-damp-dirt!

A similiar deal is coming to Oklahoma soon. A little more to cover freight, but a great deal, none-the-less.
T233 w/loader---about,$11000, and T273 w/loader---about,$12000.

Probably won't last long.

So what's the best deal on the Right Coast?

If one were or order one from OK or from some where on the left coast, what's the shipping going to run??

I've been wanting a tractor since last year, tired of using a shovel to dig rocks and I've got a hole hole burning in my pocket.

Basically, I'm planning on doing something this week!!

Deals done.. I got a call from a Kioti dealer today.. drove 180miles one way and made the deal.

I checked into these with my 2 local dealers. One doesn't stock any TYMs under 47 HP. The other has the promotional pricing, but they are scratch and dent models - very old inventory tranfered from dealers that dropped the line.
