The auction ends tonight about 8 PM CDT. I have a feeling that the next person who bids on it will win.

A lot of pelicans can be saved with the money coming from this auction so hopefully, I won't have to go another 20 years without seeing a pelican in my state like in the 50s through the 70s when pesticides almost wiped them out.

And just because they stopped the oil from flowing doesn't mean this is over. It will be many years before all the oil in the gulf ceases to give us problems.

Once again, thanks to all who have bid on this auction.
