I don't think the dealer would care which one you bought particularly if they had a yard ornament already. Some people are just poor salesmen, the good ones try harder and long term are more successful.

All of the above mentioned small tlb, skidsteer and mini excavator are handy I thought I would get the latter two but moving two pieces of equipment was more trouble than moving one, the 110 won that debate. It would be great to be able to have them all but I'm just a poor simple man.:)

Got the cutting edge ordered. No estimate though.

I believe I found the price of the belly pan, though the dealer will more than likely be upping that price. But, here's the link I found (Landscape Loader).

I forgot to mention before, I started it up, after been sitting outside in the cold, didn't even hesitate, and no smoke. There's a big difference in the pre and post tier 4 emissions. The 3120 blows a puff of smoke when she's cold.

Good find, Martian. (Hate to nickel and dime, ya... but, does the 110 have the stabilizer guards?)

All it takes is ONE time. Not payin' attention and just a bit in a hurry.. The stabilizer rod replacement/rebuild is more than the shields and if the cylinder housing bites it, too. Well, you could likely have bought 2 sets of shields for that..

It does have the stabilizer guards. I know what your saying, though. As hard as it is spending this money on protection instead of goodies, I just keep trying to think of that super costly repair.

Yep.. Having that belly pan on there is a real peace of mind! I can't tell you how many times I've run up on something and just pancaked it!! Logs, snow berms, dirt mounds, etc.

Bulldozing 12-yard dumptruck loads into a level pad! You couldn't/wouldn't want to launch the tractor headlong into the pile without knowing that pan is down there keeping everything clean and tidy!

Of course, I've nicked the paint in a spot or two in the stabilizer guards! The time that usually happpens is on the return stroke with the bucket open and you're lookin' ahead to where you want to take the next scoop. Just a little low.. and a little fast..

Or if the stabilizer foot is buried down in the dirt and you're not real sure just where that shield/hyd cylinder is (or not paying close enough attention) and you're moving the spoil back with the open bucket..

Anyway... **** happens! Much, much better to have those shields.

AK is right as usual, I dented one of my cylinder shields in the first hour of use back in 05. The bright side of that is the cylinder is okay, haven't hit it again since then. When you pay for mistakes yourself it is best not to repeat them too often.

I figure I'd better be safe than sorry. I really don't see how the previous owner didn't have it on there. A couple hundred to save a couple thousand. Spending this money, I want to protect it. I hate spending money on this stuff, but I feel I'll be sorry if I didn't. And the experience only helps make my decision!

Just talked to the dealer... again.

They got it in the shop, went through everything. It was missing one of the air filters and the other was in bad shape, so I had them order both of them. They said it wasn't recommended to only have the one, and even suggested calling where I bought it from to ask why they only had one on.

They filled the tire up and set it outside to see if was going to leak again. If it dropped overnight we were going to see about a new tube.

If all goes as planned it should be home on monday or tuesday! If I need a new tube, it'll be a little longer. Hopefully they deliver a little faster than the shipping company in Montana, though!
