New Toolcat Purchase

Heard from the dealer today. The build date is now showing as January 2024.

Will be interesting to see if that date gets pulled in. A year is a long time to wait!

well you know, hopefully pulled in not pushed out, will it be dated as a 2024 or 2023, had a similar issue with mine and had the paperwork state the year I recieved not the date the order was input, not a big deal but I would have felt it was a year older that I expected

Its funny you say that because I have ZERO patience and am an instant gratification person.

I have always wanted a ToolCat so have regretted not getting one when I bought the Kubota 2 years ago.

I have other toys to play with until the new machine shows up anyway lol

just looked whast people are asking for used Toolcats, 2008 for +60K CDN with 2000 hours, either I have not been looking for a few years or prices on used are insane, there is a 2006 with 7000 hours at 45K, asking price is no means what it sells for but anyone else noticing?

Ordered a new uw56 on dec 29 2022.

Dealer called today and will be delivering it tomorrow. Originally he had said mid feb.

I now have a 2014 5600 loaded for sale. 1500 hrs . $44,000.00

It seems like UW56’s are flowing out of the factory as my dealer is getting them in regularly.

Seems like the UW53 is an entirely different story. Checked with them yesterday and my date is still January 2024

Ordered my UW56 beginning of Jan ‘23 and have a build date of July 23. If it holds, I’ll get delivery in August in Wasilla, Alaska. Congrats on your new machine!

Got pricing for my new Toolcat in mid Jan 2023 and was delivered March 24th 2023. Traded in my 2008 Toolcat with 1900hrs. Tires are bigger and seems like it can lift more. The drive by wire is hard to use. Lots of surges in finding a good speed. Road speed is faster. Hard to close the doors because the seals are so tight. Takes for ever to start with the push button start. Have to wait for the complete warm up cycle. Can't use fast speed till the oil warms up. But it does not stink up the shop when moving stuff in and out. The quick tack is so much faster and doesn't move when adjusting the boom. The new bucket is much stronger. Have not found the best setting for digging dirt. Doesn't want to push as hard. Can't spin the wheels. But the traction control works better in greasy mud. I was able to get out of a soft spot without getting stuck. The 2008 Toolcat would have been stuck.

If you want to push hard push the "WORK" button. The doors are pretty easy to adjust. I agree on how clean they are running them indoors...even cold.

So called the dealer for an update and did not get promising news.....

The system is now showing a 2nd week of February 2024 as a delivery date

Disappointing, but will hold out for a new machine given the prices of used if one even comes on market....

Stopped by the dealer this past week.

Machine is still scheduled for March 2024!

They are going to reach out to the district manager to see if anything can be done.

Also looks like only a handful of UW53's seem to have been delivered over the last month so not a volume item!

The call I have been waiting for over 13 months finally came in this morning!

The UW53 has arrived at the dealer after a lot of back and forth with the dealer and them with Bobcat!

They will get all the additional bells and whistles installed and should be ready to start moving some snow real soon.

Was starting to think this day was never going to come!
