The 54" is only $50 more than the 48". I can't imagine it weighs much more either.

Will also be good to have if you later upgrade to a larger tractor.

When I had a shear pin and new ground, at times I sheared 1 to 2 pins a day. Clutch was a good addition. A little spring maintenance, along with grease.

Well she finally arrived after about 7 months of waiting! Taking delivery this upcoming week. Getting a Land Pride brush mower since there is no ETA on the Kioti brush mowers. Just need to decide on a grapple now. Seems MTL is out of stock on the one I planned on getting but wanted to wait until I finally got the Kioti.

I have a TYM 394 37hp with loader I paid $23,800 a year ago just love it. I have 23 Allis chalmers but for my everyday tractor the TYM moves dirt and runs a 7 foot finish mower.

I'm not sure. I know that Kubota and Landpride are in a close business connection where Kubota dealers sell Landpride in Kubota colors, etc. Somebody owns part of somebody. In studying the Kioti site you posted the lines of cutter are very similar but many differences in brackets, attachment fixtures, chain protectors, etc. The model numbers do not quite line up either. I have to back off and say I really don't know.

Looks like Kubota effectively bought them in 2016.

What are some other options in the same price range for grapples other than MTL? I can't get any info from MTL when they will be back in stock on most of their products

Not sure what price range, but I have found grapples at Ironcraft.com (formerly Titan Implement), Everything Attachments, Landpride and Bad Boy.

Congrats on the very nice looking tractor! I haven't heard very much bad about the Kioti. Most owners really love them. I didn't have a dealer close when I was looking or would have checked them out.
