Very nice, she's lookin a little tight though /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif I see you also have the jack stands on the rear. That looks like a nice feature. Did you reinforce your gate as well to support the tractor?
In fact, yes I reinforced it but usually I use 8' steel ramps. They are tucked beneath the bed. Why 8'? Because a BX23 has a very small angle of departure (the backhoe is low and greatly reduces the angle). No problem with a BH75 though.
To anyone who plan to buy that model, a BX23 can't be loaded by the tailgate. The backhoe will hit the ground long before the rear wheels touch the tailgate (I learned the hard way). You need ramps to lower the angle. I like my trailer but sometimes you have to face some problems like that one.
( In the post where you describe your binders (top shelf for sure!) the way you are binding is setting up the grab hook to come off. Maybe grab the other leg with the binder? I would think that you would want to bind outside the "grab loop" with the binder to be completely safe.
What brand binder binder are these? Who/what was the name of the company you bought them from on E-Bay?

I got this tie-down system off a website that sells towing equipment. They are big nylon tiedowns that go through a keeper strap. The idea is to tie the tires down, not the car/tractor. It lets the suspension (on a car anyway) work and not loosen or tug on the tie downs. You can kind of see them in the picture. Because of the largeer rear wheels, I just ran one set of straps over the cross bar for the FEL. I really love the system, it's very secure. At the towing trade show, they have a roll back with a car tied down with these things, turned UPSIDE DOWN! Very impressive. 1888TOWPART is their number. These guys have a nice one too: wreckerstuff
