New Well House Plans Wanted

I went to the plumbing supply house and bought a fiberglass unit mine is 4ftX4ftX4ft, they have different sizes, they look like a large dog house without a door. They are light enough that you can just lift them off. Mine cost $150. and just heated it with a 100w bulb last winter.

Jim,
Wish I had taken some pictures. We moved in 2002. It was stucco on the outside of the block. I didn't ask for the stucco but it was there when I got home. The one where I live now is a green fiberglass job. Would like to upgrade to what I had before as it was nice and functional.

Take a Look at this well house that was built. It is easily taken apart if you need to service and the roof comes off with ease as well.

Jim if you haven't bilt your well shed I thought this was a great Idea for easy access to work on the pump.Kinda like taking off a camper shell on a pickup.

Thank you... I really like this well house. I am going to try and build one like that I think. It would look nice with rock siding from the truck patch to dress it up since it will be seen from the main highway.

I'm a bit confused...

Why don't you separate the presure tank and switch from the well? Build whatever structure you want (like a permanant shed or barn, chicken house, residence or whatever) and put you tank/switch in there away from the well itself so if for some reason you need to gain access to the well itself, it will aready be out in the open?
