I have not decided whether or not I will get one for the 3PT on the 3520 or get one for the GX-255. Depends on how much i wanna spend, and how much room I have to store the unit.

I thought you already had a lawn configured like a small golf course?? Seem to recall pictures of that one area (with the hill) looked like a good 2-hole section... likely a par 3 and a par 4 run.

Oh yeah... space and storage! I cleared 2 new pad locations this summer, too. Typar, pit-run gravel and 3/4" minus for each and then a 32'x36' pole-barn to fit on one of the new gravel "squares".

I'm tellin' myself that it's all a good investment; and real estate improvements generally pay-off over time - (is that really true..?).

Akfish, You know i thought I would have had it together by now, but I just was not able to scrounge up the funds. But I am gonna get on it one way or the other (small one for the Garden Tractor or a 3PT one). Once I get the CORE aerator, then fertilizer, lime pellets and grass see can be distributed by my 3PT spreader.

Well it looks like real-estate is slowly climbing back put. We had athe major financial correction and now it looks like we will be bumpy but will have a slow steady rise - at least i am hoping so!
