John, I was using the term chasing away in a rather generic manner, but given that 3 people posted that he should do something that he apparently already did, it seemed like a little bit of a pile on. Not in any organized way, but the effect is similar. For the new guys who post, they might be somewhat intimidated and not post further. For other new guys, they may not even bother to post at all if they feel that these forums (all of them, not just Kioti) are not a place to come when there is a problem.

All that said, none of these last few posts even begins to address the concerns that 3 other CK20HST tractors seem to have had that are identical. Doccruz has the same problem, but if Getut didn't come into this thread it is possible that Doccruz's issue might have been simply blown by as he was expecting too much from the tractor. For the sake of all folks here, I hope he & Getut gets their problem fixed. The other 2 who noticed the problem had not yet purchased a CK20HST but tried them on dealer lots. I simply hope that Kioti steps up and fixes these 4 tractors and I hope that they are isolated issues.

DARGO . . . I don't have a Kioti dealer close to me but I have a Cub dealer, I've been playing with the idea of a 40hp tractor, if you have a Cub Cadet dealer who is a quality dealership, go talk to them about their 8000 series machines, they are the same as the DK35,40,45. Although I suspec you are looking at larger machines. There is a 40hp model due on my dealers lot and he will be calling me as soon as it arrives. Dealers make a big difference, as you already know. My Cub dealer is also a Kubota & Case/Farmall dealer and I've purchased 5 or 6 (CUTs, GT, mowers & ZTRs over the past couple years) from him. Great dealer, great service. It makes a difference.

Guys,
If the gentleman wants his tractor fixed, he need to follow through with what John told. He needs to follow it up with his dealer and if his dealer is unwilling to do anything, he need to rattle the cage at Kioti Corp. If he makes a big enough stink, someone will fix his problem. This is the straight and simple of it.

I've got nothing to lose. Worst case scenario-I am banned for life from this forum. You see, nothing to lose if it continues as it has.
I understand Getut's (and whoever else) frustration and I feel this thread has worked above and beyond the call of duty. This "lack of hydro power" has been beaten into the ground and then some. BOB LET IT DROP! This negativity you posess is driving all of us batty. You don't even have a Kioti yet you seem to have some supreme knowledge or insight or whatever or worse yet you have some insane desire to keep the pot stirred.
There, I am sure this qualifies as flaming an individual and may be banned for life or whatever. I personally don't think any intelligent person with a legitimate concern or comment regarding their Kioti would be afraid to post here.
Please do not respond to my message personally because I will only pass over any future messages from you.
In fact, I am sure I just banned myself.

?? I don't see Bob as bashing Kioti. I personally have a cruddy local dealer and I wasn't impressed with the unit I drove there. I readily admit that my attitude towards them is very likely skewed by a dealer who doesn't care about Kioti and another who closed his doors for Kioti. I kinda thought Bob was taking up for Kioti.

This " says it ALL!

Post to get some feed back. That is what this forum is all about.

BUT ultimately your DEALER and/or KIOTI are the ones that need to LOOK INTO and TAKE CARE OF this issue and ONLY the ones with the problem can DO THAT! We're here to help and give some good sound advice, but NOT here to baby sit. Gerard

Problems shouldn't happen this way, but sometimes they do. It is more predominate in companies that are having growing pains. The more a company is established, the less it should happen. As the poorer dealers are weeded out and replaced with quality dealers it will happen less often. Unfortunately, even some established old brands have a poor dealer once in a while. Kioti has come a long way very quickly and have done a good job. If I was going to open a new dealership and wasn't locked in on a old established brand, it would more than like be Kioti. Please present the things that you have discovered to the dealer. If the dealer then chooses to not act on it, then contact Kioti Corp.

Oh PLEASE, "a pile on." Bob to the rescue. What would getut do without you? I'm sure everyone that comes on here can read, and probably read the part you insist tells how getut did what he should have. I then posted that I gave him the response from the engineering manager AFTER he had done the pressure checks at the dealers. Since that time, I've read nothing that says he did what the manager suggested. The only thing I've seen is constant complaints about the tractor, and no evidence that what the manager said was attempted. Who's fault is that? It becomes suspicious after a while why a person would continue to post about a problem over and over, get advice, not use it, and then post some more about the same thing. For many weeks now these unfruitful posts have continued. The other three posters with problems now have the word and should proceed accordingly. I've met most of the people in charge at Kioti, and have had wonderful discussions about the company and its philosophy. They want happy customers, they want great products, but it's a two way street. When given an idea of what may be wrong, it's the customer who must follow through and ask that things get done. I've offered my help on more than one occasion, offered to check out the tractor itself. It's up to getut, not anyone else on this forum. John

Jerry,
I think this is as good of place as any to start a hydro vs gear debate. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
