Hi all,
Does anyone know of a 6' flail mower brand that does not have an offset? My dad needs one for the vineyard and his the rows are 6' so the offset would be a problem. I have a Caroni which has an adjustable offset but you get an offset either way. Thanks!

There are bunch of them with John Deere being one brand and Vrismo
being another that do not have an offset for
mowing; it all depends on the actual width you want to use and
whether you have time to overlap with a smaller unit.

It also depends on your wallet with them as well.

Another all around option to look at
is a Weed Badger in-row tillers and mowers.
Weed control without herbicides or hand labor.


The problem with a weed badger is that it is not a full width mowing
attachment and your vine row centers are very narrow with an actual
sixty inch row width and it will take 2 passes to mow one row centerline .

You may be better off entirely with a 48 inch flail mower from Ken Sweet
with the hydraulic side shift to mow close to the vines.
