No power

I can start tractor snd sometimes ut will go really sluggish even when idled high off the granny speed. Acts like it’s almost going up a really steep incline even when flat ground. I have checked all levels look fine unless im missing something. The manual i have for it doesn”t make clear the locations to check or the filters but just recently had checked and everything was great for age then a couple months after started having this issue and has only gotten worse recently

More than likely a fuel delivery issue. Start with replacing the fuel filter(s).
Provide tractor make and model and perhaps someone here has experience with your particular machine.

I was in a similar situation blaming the fuel pump, but fortunately it turned out to be enough to just change the fuel filter.
