No trespassing sign

Some of these proposed signs, while fun, I believe could jeopardize you in the event someone trespassed and you defended yourself and/or your property.

I would keep them clean and official looking.

When I first bought my Tractor and was still new to the community, I contacted the local insurance agent(he was also a neighbor) and requested that he add the Tractor to my insurance policy.

He looked somewhat puzzled and said “I can do that for you....... it no one steals anything around here and certainly not a Tractor “

I'm a farmer with land in three towns and two Counties.

I need hunters. State DEC calculations underestimate the need to kill 40+ does a year to maintain the current population.

Dumping has always been a problem.

Having three snowmobile clubs trails on the property results in more people who have been on the land but they don't want to ruin the trail. Almost every trail has had problems with people messing with things along trail and have had trails closed, and the guys with sleds don't want to end up like dirt bikers.

People have changed. UTVs have some sort of psychotic effect on the soft middle aged men who think they come with title to the world. ATV people run away, or come over and try to play really nice,. UTV people drive right up to the sprayer or planter and demand to know what we are doing, what chemicals we are using.

Posted signs don't work with the UTV crowd. However asking if they have seen anyone else around, and when they say they haven't, explain that the police are still looking for who dumped some child **** and torn clothes possibly from a missing boy....."what was your name again? Since you are the only one around and have the machine to carry that stuff they really want to talk to you." As I pull out a pen and they won't be back.

I probably mentioned this. A while ago, some stupid (probably city) tards drove down a marked, unmaintained road in winter. Apparently lost some toes or some such thing. Sued and got a good settlement.

Kills me, that stupid people are rewarded. They should have been fined and ordered to pay medical and other expenses!

How does this work? If pepole enter your woods and hurt them selves you can bee forced to pay the idiots?

The first rule seems to be, not what the injuries might be, but does the land owner have money or an insurance policy to milk? The BS starts there.

Does the person have no personal responsibility to take care of they're own safety in the nature? It's quite normal that people dies or get hurt in the wilderness, I can't understand why that's the landowners responsibility. I have a lot of land, a lot of people walk and camp on my land, glad I don't have to worry if some of them should die on my property and the relatives shows up with a claim.

There are parasites in our society that only live off others and produce nothing of value. Some call them Ambulance Chasers! The nature of the accident or incident isn't nearly as important as there being money for these parasites to suck on.

Strange that the law makers have opened for such a destructive practice, it must hurt the economy quite hard, and suppose it also makes it harder to trust people if they can sue you for all small things.
