Noise level of a Kioti diesel?

I remember you telling this on this forum. As a matter (and I do not mean this in a finger pointing way) it had an influence on my decision to go ahead and purchase the tractor I did. It had 518 hrs, none of the blue paint showed any wear, no bolt on the engine had been turned(you could tell by the paint also). It worked out good in the end. I fussed at myself a couple of times during the rebuild but after I finished I was glad. I do not doubt the situation you refer to but suspect it was not operated in a dusty environment. I may take the time to take pictures of the old parts if I can get good enough resolution to make it worth while. They look great, they are just polished down.
