Northern wagon

Has any one purchased one of these running gears from northern tools? How is it holding up?

I am looking a making up a little wagon for various task and this looks like a possible choice.
Its about 4ft wide and 5-7ft long. Add a few 2x6 for a small hay/utility wagon.

You might try a search here on TBN on "Northern" and "wagon". Sticks in my mind that there was a thread or two about some of the Northern wagons and them not being real durable, but my mind gets older every day and may not be remembering correctly.
