Hopefully Kubota will step up and fix all these problems.
John Deere offered to send a rep to my house when I thought I had an issue with my tractor.
Customer service is important.

I'm sorry you guys are having issues~!

I had a couple of issues with my 900. It was the second one sold by my dealer.
But I will have to say Kubota took care of most of them. I had to replace the fuel gauge. And it is hard to shift at times.

They replaced all four tires and wheels when the tires kept leaking, they replaced the hood, because it could come loose, and when the hydraulic reservoir bracket broke on the back, they had the dealer make new brackets and install them.

Ten years of working as a quality engineer in manufacturing plants has taught me to rarely buy a model of anything during its first year or two on the market. Even the most reliable brands rush their products to market when competition is tough.

well from lookin at the pictures i can see that the brackets that broke are a softer steel than regular black iron. they need to use some good iron when makin them brackets or they will break everytime that soft iron is no good it's like a galvanized iron you can pretty much put it in a vise and bend it and it will break but if you take a piece of black iron the same size and try it all you gonna do it get a hernia. it looks like all them brackets are made of the same materials if i get one i would swap one out at a time and make a copy out of good "real iron" but not erveyone owns a fab shop.

Thanks Skip. So far, in my experience, John Deere customer support has put Kubota to shame! My support from John Deere and my JD dealer have been exemplary.

Here is just a couple pics of how my RTV1100 is setup. I haven't even had a chance to get it dirty yet. It's just been used as a yard cart so far. Hopefully Kubota will begin to respond to some of their customers rather than simply counting their money!

Is that your John Deere in one of the pictures?
