I looked through my photos, and I didn't take any pictures immediately after pimping it out. So you'll have to settle for current condition photos. The little pink horn lasted about a day before it got rained on and stopped working, so it is replaced with a slightly heavier duty model. One of the purple streamers was sadly lost during transport and the other one fell off later. I held one in place for the picture to give you the idea.

I'm not a member of the clean tractor club (wouldn't be manly), so don't click on these links if you're offended by dirty tractor pictures.

So let's have it. Time to fess up. What are your less than manly hobbies? Who is man enough to admit it? You go first!

This is embarrassing.... Lately....well....I've been considering buying this ORANGE tractor..

But seriously folks. I've got a cousin who is a dance instructor. She was all the time working on me and the wife to show up for classes. My wife was in favor, but I kept making excuses. Finally, I lost a bet with my wife (about something our yougest daughter did) and as pay-off, had to go take dance lessons.

It was about the "Urban Cowboy" era. We learned to 2 step, western swing, even a few line dances. It was major fun! And, even a happily married man can't complain too much about a "hobby" where the ratio of men to women is as lopsided as dancing. First night, I couldn't help but notice there were about 8 or 10 guys and probably 50 women in the class. They were all wanting a guy to dance with. Choices were limited. Had 'em hangin' all over me ;) Now tell me something "sissy" about THAT plan?

In the late 80's/early 90's, "New Country" had it's big day. 2-step had a huge resurgence in popularity. My cuz called us up and wanted me to help her with a new dance class she was offering at a local watering hole/dance hall. She couldn't find enough guys who knew how to 2-step. She needed a few to help her teach all the women who were showing up. With my wife's blessings, (and a few WARNINGS ) I started helping as a dance instructor. I was in my mid 40's, and most of our "students" were in their mid 20's. After an hour or so, they had this sort of hero worship thing going. It was quite the ego stroker! (Not to mention the true test of my marriage)

To this day, my wife and I go every couple weeks to do a little boot scootin'. While dancing might seem a little sissy to some, by my way of thinking, there ain't a dang thing wrong with an activity that has women swoonin' all over a man!

Oh yeah, It's great exersize too.

I don't see why not. Besides, you have just about every other color imaginable in your barn...why not add a little class and reliablity to the collection:p

I was actually considering buying a new Kubota for the mowing business.

Then the bourbon wore off;)

I've owned a couple WD45's and a D15, 2 Case backhoes, a 430 and 530 at various times.

Back on thread (Kubota's are manly- yes? right FWJ? For the right money, with the right hours, with enough power, I'd own one instead of the Deere. Sure like my little Deere though.)

I finally got around to mounting the handy, but oh so cheap cup holder. The thing is...it's PINK!
I did say cheap right? like free! Two 4 inch hose clamps and a free large PINK plastic mug, a drain hole drilled in the bottom-it's handy sitting on the tractor or the backhoe. Just looking at it I feel like dancing:cool: cept I never learned how:(
