We dumped the spell checker after we couldn't get it to work perferctly, and it was taking up too much server memory. /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

How does one copy portions of posts in order to respond to each statement. I notice many "quoted" are in blue. Don't know how to do this. Help?

As usual, I learn something new here everyday -- didn't know that the FAQ would answer this question. I don't plan on using the faces much, but on this occasion it seems appropriate to use my very first -- /w3tcompact/icons/blush.gif

When you reply to a post, at the bottom of your compose page you will see the message you are replying to. (in IE) Just block the text you want from their post, right click and select copy, move back to your post , right click and select paste.Put color tags before and after if you want it a different color.Hope this helps.

And if you don't like clicking with the mouse, highlight the text, Ctl-C to copy, Click where you want to paste it, then Shift-Insert will copy it.

Bill,

Look at FAQ under "How do I make text bold, colored, etc...". The only way I know of doing this is to manually type back in the quote you want to respond to in the reply post box and use the markup tags for whatever color you want to use. If there's an easier way than to manually re-type the quote you want to respond to, this would be very helpful and save time.
