Does anyone have a pic of the heater core line? Sounds like it would be worth a shot to install the cutoff. What are the draw backs ? Just remembering to cut it back on during the winter ?

Open the hood and follow the hoses, easy peasy. If you cannot remember to turn it back on when it gets cold, well what can I say except duh.

Took the cab top off every thing was relatively clean the evaporator is in a sealed box Couldn't find where the hoses went into the water pump to put a diverted valve couldn't find the water pump maybe if I removed the hood I could see better but I'm about out of options for do it yourself

You have to remove the shrouding to see it (and clean it if necessary).

i don’t see any obvious way of pulling it apart and nothing is freezing so not sure that cleaning it is going to gain Me 30 degrees Cooler which is what I’m off temp wise. Typically if a evaporator coils was dirty you would have freezing in your line. My condenser has been cleaned all the filters are clean it Is draining just not a lot because the temps aren’t really cold but the drain is working. Can’t find where the water pump lines come in I lose them coming Down from the cab then when they appear they appear alongside all the hydraulic hoses which the same size so it’s difficult to tell. i will have to consult the book again but it’s not on me at the moment I hate ACs

update. I ran out of things to test and a Couple of people recommend trying to charge it. The first time it was on the lower side of green and after squeezing the trigger for a couple of seconds it went to red so I didn’t try again until tonight. Same steps turn tractor ac on full blast in recirculate hook up to low side with can upside down squeeze and wouldn’t you know it the system starts to take the can this time. Took the entire can going to get one with leak stop in it tomorrow and try and get some of that in it before I reach the upper limit but I’m down to 58 degrees now. Really appreciate everyone’s input I have a very clean system now. Hopefully another can will get me a little cooler and dialed in for spraying my soybeans.
